Context

The Problem

Innovation programs depend on ideas from staff, but ideas collected through emails, paper forms or conversations are easy to lose and hard to review fairly.

Without a shared system there is no clear status for each idea and little feedback to the teachers who submitted them.

What I built

The Solution

I built a web platform where teachers submit ideas through a structured form, reviewers assess them in one place, and administrators see the status of the whole program on a dashboard.

Challenges & How I Solved Them

    The challenge

    Ideas need consistent assessment and teachers need to know what happened to their submission.

    How I solved it

    Modelled each idea with explicit review statuses so its progress is always visible.

  2. 02Easy for non-technical users

    The challenge

    Teachers should be able to submit an idea in minutes without training.

    How I solved it

    Kept the submission flow short and focused, with clear validation messages.
